Sample Data Files

These are three sample data files that may be loaded into the TAMALPAIS webserver.
These are MCF7 E2F1 datasets; each one is a gff file, but only represents a portion of the array data to speed downloading time.
Each of these was previously published in Bieda et al., 2006.
